Eat Cake – Make a Difference
So I’ve been playing around with cake decorating/making in the last few weeks, maybe it’s because I have a kiddo now and I keep thinking of all the great birthday cakes – or maybe it’s just my propensity to crafty sorta things – or even my addiction to chocolate. But recently I experimented with ‘cake pops’ and tried out an adorable sheep design. They seemed to be a big hit around our home – so they will be available during the SALE weekend!
The sheep-pops will be available for $2.50 each. All the money from the sale of the Sheep-pops will be used to buy a Sheep for a family in Uganda through the organization Heifer.
“Entire communities depend on wool and meat from sheep. Struggling families use sheep’s wool to make clothes, or sell it for extra income. Sheep often give birth to twins or triplets and can graze even the hilliest, rockiest pastures unsuitable for other livestock.”
Stop by the sale and get your sheep-pop, and make a difference in someone’s world!
Just ate the sheep -pop I bought on Saturday. They are delicious!!
What a wonderful charity, and only $120.00 for a sheep! Maybe we should sell the chocolate cake too, and buy two sheep! Let me know if you need help with anything else Anna.
