Make Your Own YOTH Gradient!
If you missed snagging one of Yarn of the House‘s gradient sticks during their trunk sale last November, you now have a chance at making your own! Using the Raw and Fresh palette from their new Spring 2015 lineup, we will host an evening of cutting up four 50g gradient colourways and making our own stick of 200g of Big Sister DK-weight yarn.
In conversations with Veronika from Yarn on the House, she mentioned that the gradient sticks, which she affectionately called ‘puppies’ cause they come on a stick, are too labour-intensive to make as regular offerings from YOTH, but she is willing to share her knowledge and hardware if we want to make our own, so Baaad Anna’s will make a night of it!
You can choose from one of six gradient colourways: blues, greens, green-blues, charcoals, browns or navies.
Just give the shop a call or a visit to sign up for the July 18th event which will run from 7-9pm. We will have bevvies and refreshments, and enough winders, scales and hardware to create multiple sets. Cost is $65 per 200g set.
Come on by the store to see the full choice of colourways to choose from. Additionally individual skeins of any of these colourways are currently also available as we just got a new shipment from YOTH!
