New Yarn – VICE Yarn’s Blurred Lines

July 29, 2015

From the hands of an ex-pat Canadian living in Texas, Vice Yarn‘s tagline is ‘A little Vice is always nice’, and I can’t agree more! This merino/nylon fingering weight yarn come in 150g skeins which is enough yarn to knit a small top or huge shawl. And they are dyed as a gradient to do a colour change throughout the length of the skein.

A little Vice is always nice.

Dyed as a shawl gradient, these yarns do a slow transition from one colour to another leaving deliberate striping. We also are carrying her set of fade-to-black skeins which transition from your favorite colour darker and darker towards a completely black border.

Full length poncho knit with two skeins of the 150g/skein Blurred Lines.

Opening up this package this morning just made me catch my breath… including a set of fade to black shawl-gradients I can’t wait to try some on my needles!

Best mail day ever! 50+ skeins of shawl gradient yarns!

Keep an eye out on our blog as we are also expecting a sock-set version of these gradients later in the summer which will include two 75g matching colour changing balls so you end up with a matching pair of socks or mitts!

Sorry Sanna, that was knit by one of our past staff members and I am not certain where she found a copy of that beautiful pattern. Best of luck!
