PLEASE NOTE: For the Kids Class! program, each session has limited openings so registration specifically to these workshops is non-refundable. However, it can be transferred to another child for the same date. Full refund offered if class minimum does not fill by 4 days prior to class.
Coming Up:
Kids Class! Learn to Knit (2-day class)
JULY DATES: Saturday, July 5th & 12th from 9:30-12:00pm
AUG DATES: Tuesday, Aug 26th & Wednesday, Aug 27th from 9:30-12:00pm
In this 2 part class students will learn the fundamentals of knitting and will learn how to make a dishcloth!
In the first class we will go over casting on, knitting and purling. The second class will be answering any questions that might have come up, and learning how to cast off and finish a project.
A dishcloth is a great project to learn on, and super useful!
Prerequisites: None; this class is intended for kids between the ages of 8-14; bring a friend!
All Materials Included: Yarn & Knitting Needles to take home.

Emily is a new member of the Baaad Anna’s and Baaad Rabbit team and is thrilled to be teaching this summer. She has been knitting since she was little and has dabbled in many more fibre arts. She is so excited to bring fibre arts into more people’s lives and share her deep love of this beautiful art form! Let’s have some fun and make some stuff!

Kids Class! Finger Knitting
JULY DATE: Friday, July 4th from 9:30-11:30 am
AUG DATE: Wednesday, Aug 13th from 9:30-11:30 am
In this class students will learn how to finger knit a scarf. This is an excellent introduction to fibre arts because all you need are your hands and some yarn!
You will learn how to cast on, finger knit, and cast off a multi-colored scarf.
Prerequisites: None; this class is intended for kids between the ages of 8-14; bring a friend!

Kids Class! Peg Loom Knitting
AUG DATE: Friday, Aug 22nd from 9:30am-12:30 pm
Learning to knit hats with a peg loom is a hybrid of weaving and knitting that creates a beautiful beanie in as little as one day!
This fun endeavour is highly addictive so be sure to be ready to hand away many gifts of handmade hats for months to come!
Prerequisites: None; this class is intended for kids between the ages of 8-14; bring a friend!
All Materials Included: Yarn, peg loom & darning needle to keep
AUG DATE: Friday, Aug 22nd from 9:30am-12:30 pm
COST: $40(+tax)
