KIDS LEARN TO KNIT

Hey Kids! Come and learn the basics of knitting with a fun and engaging group of knitters & friends! This is a hands on class where you will learn how to start a project and the basic stitches so you will feel confident continuing on your own.

In this project based class, kids from Grade 1-7 can learn how to knit—if you don’t already know—and/or learn new techniques while working on cool and simple projects like scarves, cowls, fingerless gloves or toys. Each kid knits what they want based on interest and skill level while being guided in a fun and engaging group of knitters and friends. All levels welcome. Min 3 and max 8 participants for students from Grades 1 through Grade 7. See more details here.

Patterns/project ideas will be supplied for students based on their skill level & interest.

KNIT TWO TOGETHER:

Mom & Me/ Dad & Me/ My Fav Person & Me

Bring your favorite adult and learn to knit a project together from beginning to end! Learn to cast-on, knit, purl, basic decrease, and cast-off; and choose between one of two projects to work on with you buddy. Min 4 participants (2 pairs) and max 10 participants for students from Kindergarten—age 5—through Grade 7. See more details here.
