Cosy up with fall classes

Fall is the perfect time to bundle up with a new skill and a cozy knit. We have two new classes with Jackie Blackmore that fit the bill for those that are comfortable with their beginner skills and ready to take the next step to knitting in the round!

First up we have the Saturday/Sunday Shrug Class, There’s nothing cozier and more stylish than a striped ribbed Shrug and in this class you will see how much fun these wildly popular patterns by Jackie Rose are to knit. The Saturday Shrug is a comfy and satisfying to make cowl and the Sunday Shrug is it’s dramatic big sister.

Next is the Beginner Hat On the C Train Class. This is an iconic, classic ribbed style toque by Espace Tricot. Jackie will take you through all the steps form how to determine the best length and fit as well to how to add a pom pom if you wish!

Both classes have endless options for yarn ideas, from holding a single strand of bulky yarn to knitting with two strands including a soft and luxurious suri or mohair.  Full details are in the class descriptions on our website and the staff at Baaad Anna’s Yarn Store are always happily on hand if you need any assistance.
