As the days grow longer and the first signs of blossoms begin to peek out, I can’t help but feel that special kind of excitement that only spring brings. It’s the season of new beginnings, fresh inspiration, and of course, all the cozy spring knits I’ve been dreaming of. Here’s a look at what’s been happening behind the scenes this past month as we gear up for the season of renewal!

The other week, I was winding yarn for a customer when — out of nowhere — we hit the most chaotic knot I’ve ever seen. It was a tangled mess, the kind that makes you question every life choice that led you to that moment. But instead of frustration, we ended up laughing about it. We untangled the yarn, piece by piece, and somewhere in the middle of it all, we had a really lovely chat — something I think we both needed that day.And as we finally worked through the last knot, the rain that had been pouring all day stopped… and the sun came out. Coincidence? Maybe. But I like to think it was the universe’s way of giving us a little nod — a reminder that with a bit of patience and a lot of laughter, things have a way of working themselves out.

So here’s your gentle reminder: whatever knots you’re facing today — literal or metaphorical — they can be untangled. And maybe, just maybe, the sun will come out when you do.

Meet Bee, Our New Team Member
We were so thrilled to welcome Bee to our team this month! If you haven’t met them yet, they’ve been working hard in the shop and are already an essential part of our crew. Bee has been in full-on braiding mode and is bringing fresh energy and creativity to the team. Make sure to say hi next time you’re in!

Fibres West
Whew—March was a whirlwind! Between all the behind-the-scenes prep and two full days of Fibre’s West magic, we were in our element. Nothing beats the energy of a room full of fiber lovers, and it was SO good to catch up with friends like Melly Knits and Bramble Ridge. We even snagged some very exciting new treats for the shop—stay tuned!
