(This is volunteer run and no one will be monitoring questions during the week of the auction; sorry for any inconvenience). If you require additional details on any of the lots, try googling the make/model for additional specifications

* Items MUST be picked up at Baaad Anna’s Yarn Store by Sept 29th 2026 or your win will be forfeited

* Auction bids are ONLY active on Instagram

* This is volunteer-run from our UPCYCLE PROGRAM with no input, impact or payment taken by our STORE or STAFF. We are not able to answer any additional questions on the running of this auction in the week of the auction, but you are free to comment below if you have any clarification questions that may help us in possible future auctions

* Winning bids may be collected from Baaad Anna’s Yarn Store (2667 Hastings St E in Vancouver, Canada) between Sept 11th – 29th, 2026 during regular opening hours of 11am-6pm, upon DONATION to charity. You will receive a private message via IG if you won a bid, followed by a PICK UP NOTICE by email once proof of donation has been verified

* There is NO CASH VALUE to these AS IS second- hand items

* Care taken in descriptions; however exact details of product may differ

* Be kind and play fair

HOW TO BID 

* Post reply to any individual LOT post on Instagram (all posted on Saturday August 29th) with a bid higher than the last bid (or minimum bid listed); highest bid at the time a volunteer closes the bidding on each Lot [anytime] on the afternoon/evening of Sept 6th wins; End of bidding will be indicated by each Lot post being closed for comments, with the winner tagged for clarification

IF YOU WIN 

* You will be notified by a private message by end of day Sept 7th

* Make donation to AuntLeahs.org of winning bid amount  anytime between Sept 7- Sept 11 and take screenshot

* Send photo of donation confirmation to baaadannasoffice@gmail.com

* In store pickup only; if you are from out of town and want to participate, you are free to bid to win a Lot to donate to our Sept Yarn Swap!

* OR play along by making your own DONATION to AuntLeahs.org and send a donation confirmation to the email above to be included in the GRAND TOTAL collected!
