BC Road Trippin’: Ucluelet

We are starting on our 2019 Baaad Anna’s Roadtrip as far west as possible with a visit to Ucluelet on Tuesday April 30th. We are partnering with knitwear designer Faye of Ukee Knits and dyer Holly of Tofino Knit Co., to while enjoying the gardens of the Heartwood Kitchen.

Come join us for an afternoon of salty air and sunshine on this gorgeous coastline!

Ucluelet (/juːˈkluːlɪt/, also Ukee locally) is a district municipality (population about 1,717) on the Ucluelet Peninsula on the west coast of Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. Ucluelet means “people of the safe harbour” in the indigenous Nuu-chah-nulth (Nootka) language.

  1. Hi, I am visiting Ukee for a few weeks and forgot my circular needles. I love browsing at wool as well. Are you open sometime, somewhere?
    Thanks ☺

    1. Unfortunately we were only doing a pop up in Ukee… we are based in East Van, but are happy to ship to Ukee!
