In Person Classes Return!
Although we are not quite ready to resume in-house classes at Baaad Anna’s, our sister store Baaad Rabbit Fibre Arts Co is launching Beginner Knitting (starts THIS Tues), Beginner Crochet (and amigurumi!), and Beginner Socks classes as of October (NOW!). I know some of you have been eagerly awaiting the restart of in-person skills building and Baaad Rabbit is easily accessible along the Expo line of the Skytrain in New Westminster.

Beginner Knitting Class
Tuesday October 4, 11, 18 and 25th from 6:15pm-7:45pm; in person 4 week class.
This is an in person beginner level class for anyone who has never picked up needles or you are in need of a refresh. You will learn how to cast on, knit, purl and cast off whilst making a pair or wristwarmers during this 4 week in person class taught at Baaad Rabbits Fibre Arts.

Sock Knitting Class
Starting Saturday October 15th, 9:30-11am in person 4 week class.
This is an in person sock class for anyone who has never knitted socks before. Over 4 weeks you will learn how to make cuff down socks. You will learn all aspects of cuff down socks, heel stitch, short rows to turn a heel, picking up stitches and kitchener stitch to close your toe at the end.
Included is the free Simpingo sock pattern by Rebecca Glazier, a DK weight pattern perfect for learning how to make socks.
If you are buying materials from the store, please ensure to purchase before the class starts on Saturday October 15th.

Beginner Crochet Class
Starting Thursday October 20th, 6:30-8pm in person 4 week class.
This is an in person beginner level class for anyone who has never picked up a hook or if you are in need of a refresh.
You will learn how chain stitch, single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet, then apply these skills to making a scrubby and an amigurumi rainbow.
You receive the Ricorumi Rainbow book in the class and you will gains the skills to continue the full matching rainbow set on your own at the start of your crochet adventures.
