Starting this week we are extending our hours for the Fall and Winter to allow for some extra after-work shopping. Please note, our new hours are:

Monday: 11am – 6pm

Tuesday: 11am – 6pm

Wednesday: 11am – 8pm  –  With our free drop in Knit Night from 6-8pm

Thursday: 11am – 7pm

Friday: 11am – 7pm

Saturday & Sunday: 11am – 6pm

BEGINNER KNITTING: Learning to knit! Running THURSDAY nights from 6-7:30pm starting Nov 5th.

BEYOND BASICS: Bring a project (pattern, needles and yarn) just out of your skills reach and our teacher will work through it with you over the course of the month. Running TUESDAY nights from 6-7:30pm starting tomorrow, Nov 3rd.

FIRST TIME SWEATER CLASS: Get step by step instructions over the course of the month to knit your first sweater using the Flax pattern by local designer Tin Can Knits. Running SATURDAYS from 1-2:30pm starting Nov 7th.

AMIGURUMI CROCHET (One Day Workshop) This is a beginner-intermediate knitting class for anyone who is interested in creating mini crochet pieces runs Sunday Nov 8th from 12:00  – 3:00pm

BACKSTRAP WEAVING: This two day class next weekend includes everything you need to start (and FINISH) a woven camera or guitar strap. Runs 9:30am – 12:30 on Saturday Nov 7th and Sunday Nov 8th.

There will also be a FREE DEMO from our backstrap weaving teacher happening during the Wednesday Knit Night on Remembrance Day, Nov 11th. Come learn about this unique fibre art and stay to knit with us on this stat holiday evening.
