INTRODUCTION TO WHEEL SPINNING with Zoe Brown

This is a two-part beginner spinning class using an Ashford Spinning Wheel, and includes equipment rental for a three week period. Participants will learn how to set up and use the equipment. All materials included ($40 reduction in cost if you have your own Ashford Wheel).

Maximum 4 participants.

DATE: Saturdays May 7th & 14th   10:00 am – 12:00 noon
